2. How can I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe immediately, sent STOP to 66600. You should get a free confirmation message that you are unsubscribed. From there on, you will not receive any messages. (Please note that it’s possible that one daily message that already has been delivered to the carrier, could still arrive after opting out of the service).
3. I wasn’t aware that I had to pay for the service:
On all our advertisements we clearly mentions what the price is per message and how people can unsubscribe from our service. (on our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or verbally).
4. I never subscribed to any of your services:
You are only able to subscribe to one of our services, when a double op in is performed by the phone used for subscription. The meaning of a double opt in is as follows: a user needs to double confirms their request to subscribe. This is only possible when the user has the actual phone and follow the instruction send in a text message. (in the message you get the instruction how to confirm the subscription.). In all of our advertisements we clearly state, that you have to be the legal owner and bill payer to subscribe.(this is stated on our website, commercials and in our welcome messages. Either visually and/verbally). Please note that we act according to all the GENERAL & SERVICE-SPECIFIC GUIDANCE set by the PayPhonePlus (www.phonepayplus.org.uk).
